What’s included / not included

• Included: standard cleaning supplies
• Not included: hazardous waste removal, professional carpet shampoo (available on request), heavy hoarding/junk removal, de-clutter and organize (requires separate estimate)
• Not included: de-cluttering areas during regular cleaning services.  We will not touch any items on desks without prior approval.  We will dust around items.  We offer a separate de-cluttering service at a discounted rate when added on to a regular cleaning service.
• Not included: lifting more than 70lbs. and climbing more than a 3-step ladder.

Policies

• 24‑hour cancellation notice required for a full refund. Cancellations made outside this window will incur 50% of the service cost.
• A charge of 50% of the service price will be required if we arrive at the time of the service and are locked out of the property. 
• Extra charge may apply for heavy‑clean situations or excessive pet hair.
• Estimates subject to change after on‑site inspection.

FAQ

• How do you price larger homes? The final price is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, and condition. Request a free estimate.
• Do I need to provide supplies? No — we bring standard supplies. Eco‑friendly and hypoallergenic options are to be provided by the client to ensure we use the products you already love! Specify if you prefer fragrance‑free or hypoallergenic products when booking.
• What are the special conditions for laundry service? We can generally finish 1-2 loads during a standard 3-hour house cleaning. Because washing and drying services can take additional time, if the cycle isn't completed before we finish the house cleaning, we may charge an extended hourly rate with clients' approval.  Your supplies, your risk.  We use your household washer dryer and laundry detergent.  We generally do not accept liability for color bleeding, shrunken sweaters, pre-existing damage, items left in pockets, or delicate fabrics, so it's best to sort sensitive items beforehand.
• Are cleaners background‑checked? Yes. Our staff is insured and background‑checked.
